<li>The website offers dresses, skirts, tops and jackets for women.</li>
<li>Images are for illustration only. Slight colour differences may exist between the actual product and what appears on your screen, due to screen settings and lighting when photographed.</li>
<li>Size charts and fabric information are indicative, and small variations of a few centimetres may occur.</li>
<li>Stock is limited. If an ordered item is out of stock, we will let you know and offer a replacement or a full refund.</li>

<h2>3. Prices and payment</h2>

<li>All prices on the website are in New Israeli Shekels (₪). The business is an exempt dealer and does not charge VAT, so the displayed price is the final price of the product.</li>
<li>Shipping is not included in the product price. It is shown separately at checkout, before you confirm your order.</li>
<li>Payment is made by credit card or any other method shown at checkout, through a secure payment provider. We do not store your card details.</li>
<li>Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.</li>
<li>In case of a pricing or product description error on the website, we may cancel the order and refund the full amount paid.</li>
<li>After payment, you will receive an order confirmation by email and a receipt as required by law.</li>

<h2>4. Shipping and pickup</h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Delivery:</strong> we deliver across Israel with HFD. Delivery cost: 29 ₪. Free delivery on orders over 550 ₪.</li>
<li><strong>Delivery time:</strong> 2–5 business days from order confirmation, subject to stock. Delays may occur in special circumstances such as security situations, holidays and days of rest.</li>
<li><strong>Local pickup:</strong> you can choose free local pickup, Sunday to Thursday, 9:00–16:00. The pickup address will be sent to you in the confirmation message. Please show your order number when collecting.</li>
<li>When you receive your order, please check the product. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible.</li>

<h2>5. Exchanges</h2>
<ul>
<li>An item may be exchanged within 14 days of receiving it, subject to the conditions in section 7.</li>
<li><strong>First size exchange:</strong> you send us the item that does not fit, to a pickup point (15 ₪) or by courier to your door (29 ₪). If it is the same item in a different size, we send it to you at no shipping cost. If it is a different item, the shipping cost of the new parcel is at your expense.</li>
<li><strong>Second exchange onwards:</strong> 29 ₪.</li>
<li>Exchanges are subject to availability. If no replacement item is available, you will be offered a different item or a refund.</li>

<h2>6. Cancellation and refund</h2>
<ul>
<li>Transactions may be cancelled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), 2010.</li>
<li>You may cancel within 14 days of receiving the product, by written notice to us.</li>
<li>As permitted by law, a cancellation fee of 5% of the product price or 100 ₪, whichever is lower, may apply. For a defective product, the item will be inspected and no cancellation fee will be deducted.</li>
<li><strong>Self-return</strong> in Jerusalem, 44 Yosef Hakhami St.: free of charge.</li>
<li><strong>Courier pickup:</strong> 29 ₪, deducted from the refund amount.</li>
<li>The refund will be made within 5 business days of the item reaching us, to the same payment method used for the purchase.</li>
<li>Original shipping fees are not refunded, unless the product is defective or incorrect.</li>
</ul>
<h2>7. Conditions for returns and exchanges, and how to proceed</h2>
<ul>
<li>The item must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags and in its original packaging.</li>
<li>Underwear, bodysuits and swimwear cannot be returned if the hygiene seal has been opened.</li>
<li>Items that have been used or damaged after delivery cannot be returned or exchanged.</li>
<li><strong>How does it work?</strong> Send us a WhatsApp message or an email with your order number, and we will send you a return label.</li>
