<li><strong>Order details:</strong> full name, phone, email, shipping and billing address, and the products ordered.</li>
<li><strong>Contacting us:</strong> messages sent by WhatsApp, email or the website contact form, and the details you provide in them.</li>
<li><strong>Account:</strong> if you create a customer account, the details you enter and your order history.</li>
<li><strong>Technical data:</strong> IP address, device and browser type, site language and basic browsing data, collected automatically to run and secure the website.</li>
<li><strong>Payment details:</strong> your card details are given directly to a secure payment provider. We do not see or store them.</li>

<p>Providing your information is voluntary. However, without the necessary order details we cannot complete a purchase and delivery.</p>
<h2>3. Why we use your information</h2>

<li>To handle your order, process payment and deliver products.</li>
<li>Customer service: replying to enquiries, exchanges, returns and cancellations.</li>
<li>To issue invoices and receipts and keep accounting records as required by law.</li>
<li>To secure the website and prevent fraud.</li>
<li>To send you updates and offers by email, only if you have given your consent.</li>

<h2>4. Who receives your information</h2>
<p>We do not sell personal information. We only share it with parties needed to run the business:</p>

<li><strong>Shopify:</strong> the platform hosting the website and store, which stores order and customer data and sends automatic messages and emails on our behalf.</li>
<li><strong>A secure payment provider:</strong> to process payment.</li>
<li><strong>HFD:</strong> the delivery company, which receives your name, address and phone number to deliver your order.</li>
<li><strong>Invoicing software:</strong> to issue accounting documents as required by law.</li>
<li>Authorities, if required by law.</li>
</ul>
<p>Some of these parties, including Shopify, operate and store data outside Israel. We only work with parties that apply accepted security measures.</p>
<h2>5. Cookies</h2>
<p>The website uses cookies needed for it to work, such as recognising your cart, login, site language and completing checkout. We currently do not use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) or advertising pixels. If we add them, we will update this policy. You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings, but blocking them may affect how the website works.</p>
<h2>6. How long we keep your information</h2>

<li>Invoices, receipts and order data: 7 years, as required by law.</li>
<li>Messages and enquiries: up to 2 years.</li>
<li>Mailing list details: until you unsubscribe.</li>

<p>After that, the information will be deleted or anonymised, unless the law requires us to keep it.</p>
<h2>7. Data security</h2>
<p>The website runs on Shopify, which uses encryption (HTTPS) and advanced security measures, and payment takes place in a secure environment. However, no method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.</p>
<h2>8. Your rights</h2>
<p>You are entitled to ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct inaccurate information, and to ask for its deletion, where the law allows. For example, accounting documents are kept as required by law and cannot be deleted. For any request, contact us at stelladress26@gmail.com and we will reply as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 days.</p>
<h2>9. Marketing emails</h2>
<p>We send you updates and offers by email only if you have given your consent, for example by signing up to the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of each message or by contacting us.</p>
<h2>10. Minors</h2>
<p>The website is intended for visitors over the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information about minors.</p>

<p>We may update this policy from time to time. The version shown on the website is the one that applies, and the date of the last update is shown at the top.</p>
